Details
When renting the farm, you get exclusive use of the farm for the duration of the venue rental. Included in your venue rental are 3 picnic tables and accompanying benches as well as 3 6’ tables. If you need additional tables and/ or chairs we are happy to accommodate. At least one staff member (or more, depending on your event size) will be present on the farm for the duration of your venue rental.

Severe Weather Policy
If your event is canceled due to inclement weather or national emergency, the farm reserves the right to keep 25% of the total fee along with any funds paid for charges incurred to prep food or other services. Client can choose a rain date at time of booking that farm agrees to hold at no additional cost and deposits can be transferred to the rain date. Either client or farm may choose to cancel the event due to inclement weather. Weather can be difficult to predict, but the Farm defines inclement weather as actual or expected:
Severe rain and/or high winds that may cause dangerous situations
Thunderstorm watch or warning
Tornado watch or warning
Lighting
Hail
Excessive Heat (exceeding 103 degrees F)
