Common Good City Farm offers a six week long paid Summer Youth Program for youth ages 14-18.

Summer Youth Program

During Common Good City Farm's Summer Youth Program, the youth build personal, social, and professional skills while designing a business centered on a farm inspired product and practicing entrepreneurial skills. They also support farm work, farm market and learn skills from local entrepreneurs as well as life skills including cooking & nutrition.

To apply for the Summer Youth Program, you must:

  1. Live in Washington, DC

  2. Be 14-18 years old

  3. Enroll in the DC Department of Employment Services Summer Youth Employment Program. Click HERE to learn more and enroll in the SYEP program

  4. Contact us if you are interested but are not enrolled in the DC Summer Jobs Program.
